Why we started
Livewell Immigration Services Canada began in 2020 with a simple aim: to give people personal, professional immigration advice as an alternative to handing their case to a mass-recruitment firm.
We advise on study permits, work permits, visitor visas, family sponsorship and permanent residence. We deliberately keep our client list selective, and every file we accept is handled by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant.
How we work
- Assessment first. We tell you honestly whether a pathway is realistic before you commit.
- Clear agreements. Our scope, fees and responsibilities are set out in a written service agreement.
- Direct access. You can reach your RCIC with questions about your file.
- Beyond the visa. We share practical guidance for settling in Canada, and can refer you to trusted partners such as language test preparation and education providers when helpful.
RCICs advise under Canada's Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations, and the Citizenship Act, and are bound by the Code of Professional Conduct for CICC Licensees.
