Livewell Immigration Services Canada ("we") respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and our confidentiality obligations under the Code of Professional Conduct for CICC Licensees.
What we collect
Information you give us through our forms, by email or by phone, such as your name, contact details, date of birth, education, family details, immigration history and the details of your enquiry.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, assess your options, schedule consultations and, if you retain us, to provide the services set out in your service agreement. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, Inc., and delivered to our email account, which is provided by Google. These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts.
Consent and retention
By submitting a form you consent to this use. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements. We keep client records for the period required by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.

You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. Contact us at livewell.immigration@gmail.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
