Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) is an immigration program designed for international applicants with work experience, language skills and who meet other eligibility criteria. IRCC selects candidates of the express entry pool who meet the minimum cut off score of the draw date.

Who is eligible for the Federal Skilled Worker Program?

The primary eligibility criteria for the FSWP is a minimum of 67 points under the following six selection factors

The maximum points for each of the factors are:

Language Skills (28 points)
Education (25 points)
Work Experience (15 points)

Age (12 points)
Offer of employment in Canada (10 points)
Adaptability (10 points)

TRANSPARENT PROCESS

When we do an initial review on your file, and have the authorization form (IMM5476), the Client Service Agreement is signed. All application payments are done online to RCIC "Trust Account". Regular follow ups and continuous consulting on your application.

FINAL SUBMISSION POST ITA

Once we submit an EOI, the applicant receives an ITA . We will do a final check to ensure compliance of all PR requirements inline with IRPA & IRPR.

Am I eligible to apply as a permanent resident

Permanent Resident application success depends on various factors such as age, education, language, work experience and adaptability skills. Below mentioned are some of the key eligibility criteria.

have at least 12 months of full-time (or an equal amount in part-time) skilled work experience in Canada in the three years before you apply, and
meet or exceed the required language levels needed for the National Occupational Classification (NOC) skill level of your work experience in each language ability (speaking, reading, writing and listening).

How does age impact my PR application?

There is no minimum age requirement for the PR application process. However, after your 30th birthday you will lose 5 points with each passing year.

How long will it take to process my application?

Processing time of applications varies between 6-18 months depending on your case. Check processing time on the IRCC website.

How much proof of funds I need to show on my application.

Proof of funds requirements is defined on the IRCC website.For proof, you must get official letters from any banks or financial institutions where you are keeping money (at least for the last 6 months). CEC applicants do not need proof of funds.
